Sleep is really important and vital for me..and I realize that everyone has different patterns and needs so it's not easy to find a balance for six people in one house. Does he have his own activities he can work on while you're asleep: puzzles, sketch book, pipe cleaners? It may work to put a 'surprise' box under his bed each night (containing things you already have around the house) for him to work on until you wake up?
